High-intensity strength, core and cardio circuits designed to boost your METAbolism. During each exercise class you may use dumbbells, TRX, do partner drills and other equipment conditioning workouts! You will spend 30 intense minutes of resistance and cardio to boost your metabolism then 15 minutes of intense core focused exercises.
Workout Breakdown: 33% core / 33% cardio / 33% strength
The goal of this exercise class is simple: get a full body workout burning as many calories as possible during this high-energy and sweat-drenched class. Start each class experience a unique blend of heart-pounding calisthenics, plyometrics and muscle toning exercises. Let’s not forget the cardio finishers that will turn your fat burners on high and scorch the calories away! This class will boost your metabolism for hours afterward.

Members of both Push and Power receive 10% off personal training packages and 15% off bootcamp packages. Students and couples receive 10% off packages. Discounts are only on packages and can only be applied in the studio.

DO I NEED TO RESERVE MY SPOT FOR A CLASS AHEAD OF TIME?
Yes, this will help trainers. If it’s your first time, please sign our waiver by clicking the "Get Started" button at the top of this page. When you sign up here, you’ll see the class capacity and available spots. If you know you’re coming, we suggest signing up so your class isn’t full on arrival.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
Yes. We have one shower room and bathroom.
HOW LONG DOES THE CLASS LAST?
Most days the entire workout (warm-up through cool down) lasts 45 minutes.
I'M OUT OF SHAPE. WILL BOOTCAMP BE TOO HARD FOR ME?
No. We all start somewhere. TOO hard is just a matter of perspective, and if you’re showing up with a willing attitude, it will be the right amount to hard for you. All the movements we do can be adjusted or modified to meet your fitness level.
I LIKE A REALLY TOUGH WORKOUT. WILL THIS BE TOO EASY?
No! As you become more fit, you’ll be able to do bootcamp with a modified approach that often means heavier weights and less rest. Everyone can get a tough workout when they
I HAVE AN INJURY. CAN I STILL COME?
Unless your doctor rules it out, you’re in! We’re happy to come up with alternative exercises for that don’t aggravate any injuries. Please let us know ahead of time, and of course, only you’ll be able to know when you’re in pain, so be willing to stop when things feel off.
CAN I COME TO THE GYM OUTSIDE OF BOOTCAMP TO DO MY OWN WORKOUT?
Not at this time. There are no open gym hours at this time, but if you want a more individualized workout, we can set you up for personal training with PUSH.
WILL I GET BULKY DOING BOOTCAMP?
Short answer: no. Long answer: there are many factors that play into body composition, but in general, lifting weights does not make people "bulky." Bootcamp is designed to build lean muscle and burn fat.
ARE THERE CONTRACTS? HOW DO I JOIN?
How committed you are is up to you. If you’d like to buy a multi class pack or commit to unlimited, that’s encouraged. Commitmentphobe? We have single class options for your “drop-in” lifestyle. No judgement here! ge for more information!
I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN. CAN I DROP IN FOR A CLASS?
Yes, we'd love to meet you. First class is only free for Milwaukee residents. Out of town guests can either buy a class for $19 or a shirt for $20 (comes with a free class).
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CAMP?
A positive attitude, athletic shoes, comfortable workout wear, water bottle. We provide towels and have water available. We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle.
WHAT SHOES DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We just want you in the doors, first and foremost, but you’ll find that a cross-training shoe works best. Running or weightlifting only shoes aren’t always the best, but you’ll get by with what you have!
